With more than 25 years in the HVAC business, owner Raymond Dietrich is passionate about working hard to ensure homeowners and business owners in Long Beach Island and Ocean County, NJ, remain comfortable year-round.

Throughout his tenure, he has gained a comprehensive background in residential and commercial HVAC as co-owner of Brown’s Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing in Shrewsbury, NJ.
After 19 years, and due to differences in the partnership, Ray left his position at Brown’s and decided to acquire Air Tech. The premise and philosophy of Air Tech have always been part of Ray’s character, so it was a smooth transition. Their shared values are to continue offering customers an economical choice with honest, professional service. His desire to exceed satisfactory service in every appointment has been evident in the customer loyalty Air Tech has received.
